- Hosted her first exchange partner for one month and planning to return to Europe in 2019
2017
- Returned to Australia working as a chef for the Corner Hotel and then for Adriano Zumbo Patisserie
2016
- Lived in Neuköln and Pankow fully immersed in German lifestyle
- Worked as a chef in a small Australian cafe in Berlin Mitte
2015
- Published in the Great Chefs Cookbook
- Bought a one-way ticket to Germany and moved to Berlin
2014-2015
- Completed a dual qualification of Commercial Cookery and Patisserie at William Angliss Institute
- Working for Atlantic group at events such as the Grand Prix and Melbourne Cup and at Mister Bianco restaurant
2013
- Completed VCE studying German, Maths, English, Food Technology, VET Kitchen Operations
- Languages Captain at Viewbank College
2012
- Hosted a German exchange student through the return sister-school exchange
2011
- Participated in a sister-school exchange and spent 5 weeks in Stadtallendorf, Germany
2008
- Chose to learn German in Year 7 at Viewbank College
